AXCR 2022: 3rd Place | AXCR 2025: D-Max Build

In November 2022, Siam Prototype Cambodia entered the Asia Cross Country Rally (AXCR), an FIA-sanctioned international rally raid from Thailand to Cambodia with teams from 9 countries. We built the car, prepared the crew, drove from Buriram to Siem Reap, and came home with a 3rd place trophy in Class T2D(A).

This was not a weekend event. AXCR is a multi-day endurance rally through jungle, red dirt, river crossings, and border checkpoints. The car, the mechanics, and the driver are all tested to the limit. Every part of what we do at the garage (fabrication, suspension, engine prep, service discipline) is proven on the rally course.

Our team: Tea Siam (driver), Auttakoon (1st co-driver), Kirati P. (2nd co-driver), Seyha Chhin (team manager), Wuttirayut (tech manager), and five mechanics: Sok Sakhon, Kheang Mab, Prem Panha, Phaisan L., and Pattiya M. Sponsors: PTT Station, Boss, Angkor, Super Fast, MRX Performance, ADM 4WD, Kaeza Shop, Monza Factory.

For AXCR 2025 we built up the Isuzu D-Max again, this time with custom-fabricated chromoly semi trailing arms, stronger and more durable than regular tube arms. Every critical suspension component was made in-house to our own specifications.
